Recent years, Information systems(IS) outsourcing was a most important strategy for many companies. It is now concerned as a strategical and aggressive plan to cut off their costs and make their product quality better. However there are not many studies of models to help making decisions in the companies. To offer a quantitative decision model, one of past studies showed outsourcing structure with AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). This study helped practitioners set priority and reap the most benefits from outsourcing and provided an easy way to find a priority of the IS model to increase the precision of decision making. Nevertheless, AHP is insufficient to present dependencies and feedback between factors and clusters.
Thus, we made IT outsourcing models with ANP(Analytic Network Process) which can present dependencies and feedback and applied one of these models to a real situation. Then we made comparisons between factors and clusters to make initial super matrix W and computed it to the limit. Within this result, we acquired the best solution(alternatives) of the situation. Finally, with the ANP software program, Super Decisions, we proved the result. As a result of analysis, we suggest systematic steps and quantitative model to reflect the dependencies and feedback.
