      In accordance with increase of leisure time with living conditions improvement, family system, the sense of value's change, urbanization and new consuming population's appearance, fast food industry has been making remarkable growth of 10% every year, building up an enormous market.
      As 'Lotteria' was introduced in domestic market by 1979, many corporations recognized the significance of the industry, has been taking part in the market.
      Foreign firms extend their business to domestic market with immense capital, the newest know-how and forms of management. Foreign firms outlet will be increased.
      Although the change of domestic fast food industry and market is being quick in progress, many corporations evoke public criticism with indiscreet pursuit of profits and excessive competitions not analyzing exact consumer pattern.
      Food life pattern of three meals a day changes according as a structural change of national life.
      It is desirable to subdivide fast food markets in order to follow the trend of consumer demand's simplification, high-grade and healthy meals.
      For the successful operation of the fast food industry the writer proposes management strategy ;
      1) Be prepare market survey of fast food industry
      2) Make target market and better location
      3) Develope a new menu to improve the food service
      4) Make control the food cost
      5) Personnel management
      6) Make P. R strategy for restaurant and it's guest
      7) Successful restaurant make customers feel important they offer special attention or amenities that tell customers that their business is valued. This is way customer involvement in the business.
