초등교원의 학부모 학교 참여 경험과 인식변화에 관한 자전적 내러티브

국문 초록 (Abstract)

연구목적: 본 연구는 연구자가 학부모와의 경험을 통해 변화된 인식을 기반으로, 학부모의 바람직한 학교 참여방안과 교육공동체로 함께 성장하는 기틀을 마련하고자 함에 있다.
연구방법: 본 연구는 연구자가 학생, 교사, 교감으로 살아오며 마주한 학부모와의 다양한 경험을 성찰하고 그 의미를 탐색하고자 수행된 자전적 내러티브 탐구이다.
연구결과: 학부모에 관한 인식은 시간과 관계 속에서 유기적으로 변화되었고, 한 번 형성된 인식은 새롭게 형성된 인식과 중첩되어 지속되었다. 또한 연구자가 교육공동체의 한 구성원으로 성장하는데 도움이 되었다.
논의 및 결론: 학부모를 이해하기 위해서는 복합적 내러티브를 지닌 ‘하나의 인간’으로 인식하는 총체적 접근이 필요하다. 또한 ‘참여’보다 ‘협력’, ‘민원’보다 ‘문제’로 사회적 통용어의 전환을 통해 학부모가 교육의 주체로 자리매김할 수 있도록 할 필요가 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Purpose: This study aims to lay the foundation for parents to participate in schools and grow together as an educational community based on the changed perceptions through experience with parents.
Method: This study is an autobiographical narrative inquiry conducted by researchers to reflect on various experiences with parents encountered while living as students, teachers, and vice-principal and to explore their meaning.
Results: The perception of parents organically changed in time and relationship, and the perception once formed overlapped with the newly formed perception and continued. It also helped the researcher grow as a member of the educational community.
Conclusion: In order to understand parents, a holistic approach that recognizes them as 'a human being' with a complex narrative is needed. In addition, it is necessary to allow parents to establish themselves as subjects of education by changing social common words to 'cooperation' rather than 'participation' and 'problem' rather than 'complaint'.
