기업 이러닝 강좌평가를 위한 측정도구 개발 및 양호도 검증 = Test development and verifying the validity and reliability for measuring a effectiveness of e-learning course in a Korean company

국문 초록 (Abstract)

글로벌 시대의 기업들은 치열한 경쟁에서 살아 남기 위해서 구성원들의 교육에 엄청난 노력을 기울이고 있으며 이는 테크놀로지의 발전과 더불어 이러닝의 확산을 초래하게 되었다. 그러나 이와 같은 양적인 팽창에 반해 질적인 수준에 대해서는 의문을 떨치지 못하고 있다. 기업의 이러닝에 대한 질적인 수월성은 교육체제 자체에 대한 거시적 관점에서 평가되어야 한다. 그러나 학습자의 의견을 수렴하고 문제점을 발견할 수 있는 미시적인 평가, 즉 개별강좌에 대한 평가 또한 이에 못지않게 중요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 기업의 이러닝 강좌를 객관적으로 평가할 수 있는 측정도구를 개발하고, 이의 타당성 및 적합성을 검증하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 먼저 관련 선행연구들을 분석하여 강좌평가를 위한 측정도구를 잠정적으로 개발하고, 타당성 확보를 위해 S기업의 이러닝 강좌 수강생들에게 설문을 실시한 뒤 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 또 2차 설문을 통해 확인적 요인분석을 실시하여 측정도구의 적합성을 검증하였다. 연구의 결과 기업 이러닝 강좌평가 측정도구는 총 25문항의 1) 내용 및 설계, 2) 시스템, 3) 전반적 만족도, 4) 교수자, 5) 평가의 5개 요인으로 구성되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Recently e-Learning expands rapidly because of advance in technology. Despite of the widespread e-Learning in corporate education, quality of e-Learning course is not assured. The quality of e-Learning must be evaluated not only in macro angle of the whole institution but also in micro angle of the each course. But there is no systematic evaluation in micro angle to measure an effectiveness of e-Learning course. Only an elementary evaluation focusing on course satisfaction is on operation in each Korean company. The purpose this study is to develop a test and verifying the validity and reliability for measuring a effectiveness of e-earning course in enterprise. Twenty-five items were developed based on literature review and were examined by experts in the field. For item analysis, EFA(Exploratory Factor Analysis) was performed with 1992 employees in first study. In order to validate the test, CFA (Confirmatory Factor Analysis) was conducted with 2003 employees in second study. The result of the study yielded five factors with 25 items: 1) contents and design, 2) system, 3) overall course satisfaction, 4) instructor, and 5) evaluation. And this research reports the reliability and validity of the test.
