다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract) kakao i 다국어 번역

This paper discussed the challenges the field of human performance technology (HPT) faces. The HPT field has evolved and expanded notably during last fifty years, however, HPT has not yet been widely adopted, despite the fact that it has proved itself as a systemic, systematic process for increasing performance and profitability in organizations. The purpose of this paper was to review the foundations of HPT and presented future research topics in order to overcome the challenges and explore HPT's future destinations. The first section of this paper investigated the origins of HPT, its definition, and core attributes as HPT foundations. The second section presented the areas of HPT knowledgebase, which emphasized that business knowledgebase should be included in the HPT field in addition to learning and instruction knowledgebase. Future research topics were proposed as a conclusion section in terms of: 1) HPT framework, 2) foundations, and 3) technology.
