델파이 방법을 통한 국내 재활음악치료 발전방안 연구 = Developmental Strategies for Rehabilitative Music Therapy in Korea Using the Delphi Method

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the status of music therapy in the field of rehabilitation in Korea and to explore developmental strategies for rehabilitative music therapy using the Delphi method. To this end, 3 rounds of Delphi survey were conducted in a panel of 11 experts with at least 3 years of clinical experience with music therapy in the field of rehabilitation. The results were as follows; First, rehabilitation experts in other fields perceived music therapy as an unfamiliar therapy in the field of rehabilitation. Second, regarding the developmental strategies for rehabilitative music therapy, for showing professionalism as a form of rehabilitation therapy, the most important factor was expanding research to demonstrate the efficacy of rehabilitative music therapy. Third, regarding the individual competence of therapists, the most important factor was regular attendance in education and seminars on rehabilitation.
Fourth, for music therapy societies and associations, the most important factors were improving the publicity of rehabilitative music therapy and expanding rehabilitation-related courses in music therapy curricula. Fifth, for the clinical environment, the most important factor was constructing a unique therapeutic domain for rehabilitative music therapy. Finally, for administrative systems, the most important factor was converting to the national qualification system for music therapy.
This study is expected to lay the foundations for promoting the use of music therapy in the field of rehabilitation and to help improve the status of rehabilitative music therapy.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 델파이 방법을 통하여 국내 재활분야에서 음악치료의 현재 위치를 인식하고, 재활음악치료발전방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 재활분야 음악치료 임상경력 3년 이상의 전문가 11명을대상으로 3차에 걸친 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 이에 대한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 타 분야 재활전문가들은 음악치료를 재활분야에서 생소한 치료로 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 재활음악치료 발전방안 중 재활치료로서 전문성을 가지는 부분에서는 재활음악치료 효과 입증을 위한 연구를 확대하는 것이 가장 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 치료사 개인역량에 있어서는 정기적인 재활분야 교육및 세미나에 참석하는 것이 가장 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 음악치료 학회 및 협회 차원에서는재활음악치료에 대한 홍보 실시와 음악치료 교육과정의 재활관련 과목이 확대되는 것이 가장 중요한것으로 나타났다, 다섯째, 임상환경 측면에서는 재활음악치료만의 고유 치료영역을 구축하는 것이 가장중요한 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 행정제도에 있어서는 음악치료가 국가공인자격으로 전환되는 것이가장 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구를 통해 재활분야에서 음악치료가 활성화될 수 있는 기초를 마련할 수 있을 것이며, 재활음악치료 입지를 향상시키는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
