      The purpose of this study was to analyse newspaper articles into science concepts. For this purpose, 4,621 articles in the Joon gang Daily News were analysed from April 18th to June 18th. It was founded that the rate of articles including science concepts to total articles was 50.6% and the opinion pages contained the greatest number of articles including science concepts among 7 pages of the newspaper. Also, Science concepts in articles could be classified into 4 domains of science, namely, physics, chemistry, biology and earth science. 41.3% of articles containing science concepts had two more domains of science. This results indicate that science has been affecting real life in a various situations. Therefore the direction of science education needs to go to the integrated science for increasing the adaptability of science education to the problems of real life.
