발달지체유아의 부모-유아 상호작용 특성 및 평가방법 고찰 = Assessment and characteristic of Parent-Child Interaction

The purpose of this study was to identify the domain which has to be assessed in parent-child interaction. The specific elements that affect the development of infant are the individual characteristics of parent and child and parent-child interactions. So we need the tool that assess the parent-infant interactions. It is helpful that the tool construct the 3 part-mother behavior, child behavior and mother-child interactions. The part of mother behavior scale consist of 5 global maternal behaviors that are sensitivity to child’s cue, responsiveness, appropriate stimulation(attunement), allow the freedom to explore, growth-fostering interaction, and part of child behavior scale consist of 5 global child behaviors that are involvement, persistence, initiation: adult, initiation: activity, joint-attention.
