중국진출 한국중소기업의 개성공단 진출방안 연구: 현지기업 조사를 중심으로 = A Study on the method of South Korean small-medium sized enterprise in China for entry into Gaesong Industrial Complex: focusing on field survey the companies

The companies that had initiated the business in Shandong Province, China since mid 1990s has reviewed their transfer to the inland of China and East and South Asia because of deteriorating circumstances of operation there. There are recently some cases that South Korean companies suddenly flee by night due to the increasing labor charge and tax, many kinds of regulation and absence of future development vision. The happening of cases manily come from the reasons that they do neglect the rule which is easy for them to go into, and difficult to leave there. It is true that the various risk of their business originally targeted for low salary are increasing day by day because of the worse environment of management, China authority`s reducement of benefit for foreign investment and financial difficulties. It is necessary for South Korean government to make a special program, adding regular regulation, in pursuing the policy that South Korean companies worked in China are willing to invest and go into Gaesong Industrial complex. The special program regarding the extraordinary characters like motives and type of investment, is required for South Korean authority to timely and efficiently induce the companies into the complex. It is important to analyze the case of foreign country similar to the complex. The support policy may include a placement reserved only for them and additional provision of the matching fund. It is responsible for authority to economically provide a placement that marginal companies working foreign country want to again operate.
