      Objective: Contraction ratio of transverse abdominis conducted tests to see if there is a lap belt is comparing the effect.
      Subject: forty healthy individuals (20 men and 20 women) volunteered to take part in this study (age: 20.83±1.18 years, height: 166.40±7.80 ㎝, and weight: 59.43±9.94 ㎏).
      Method: Musculus transverse abdominis, eretor spinae around the lap belt behind a divided into two groups compared the contraction ratio for rectus femoris of muscle measured the Activity.
      Result: Musculus transversus abdominis contraction ratio is around a lap belt and a small group both a large group rectus femoris the spine, and no meaningful differences in almost Activity of meaningful differences in eretor spinae was here. A small group of contraction ratio of transverse muscle abdomen appeared almost a bigger difference between Activity of the postwar lap belt.
      Conclusion: The core muscles are weak people think that the waist belt can help.
