<오복제 음식보 합부>에 대한 재논의 = A Reexamination of Obokje Eumsikbo Hapbu

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 오복제 음식보 합부에 대한 기존 연구를 검토하여 오류를 수정 하고, 필사자 및 필사 시기를 보다 구체적으로 분석하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 연구 과정에서 문헌의 체재와 내용 구성과 관련하여 기존 연구에서 간과되었던 요소들을 밝혀내고 필체 비교와 언어적 분석을 통해 동일 필사자의 가능성을 탐색하고 필사 시기를 추정하였다.
본 연구에서는 ‘음식보 오복제 합부’로 된 서명을 오복제 음식보 합부로 수정하였으며, 글의 배열이 일정하지 않고 후대의 삽입 및 수정이 이루어졌음을 확인하고 내용에 따라 순서를 재조정하였다. 또한, 기존 연구에서 진주 정씨로 보았던 동생에게 당부하는 글 과 소학 일부 필사 의 필사자를 홍봉주로 추정 하였으며, 필체 및 언어적 분석을 통해 증명하였다. 또한 동생에게 당부하는 글 과 삭제된 기록의 내용 분석을 통해 필사 시기를 추정하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to review previous research on “Obokje Eumsikbo Hapbu” (五福齋 飮食譜 合簿), correct identified errors from the review, and conduct a more precise analysis of the scribe and the transcription period. During the course of the research, elements related to the structure and content of the manuscript that had been overlooked in prior studies were identified. The possibility that the manuscript was transcribed by a single individual was explored through handwriting comparison and linguistic analysis, and the transcription period was estimated accordingly.
The results of the study are as follows. First, the study had changed the title from Eumsikbo Obokje Hapbu to Obokje Eumsikbo Hapbu. It was also confirmed that the arrangement of the texts in the manuscript was inconsistent, and that insertions and revisions had been made at a later time; the order of these components was consequently changed. Furthermore, contrary to earlier studies that identified the scribe of “Advice to a Younger Brother” and “Partial Transcription of Sohak” as a member of the Jinju Jeong clan, this study attributes them to Hong Bong-ju, a conclusion supported by handwriting and linguistic evidence. Finally, the date of composition of “Advice to a Granddaughter” was reexamined, and the transcription periods of related texts were estimated through an analysis of “Advice to a Younger Brother” and the content of deleted records.
