자폐 스펙트럼 장애가 있는 아동을 대상으로 한 음식 노출 중재: 체계적 고찰 = Food Exposure Intervention for Children with Autism Spectrum Disorders: A Systematic Review

국문 초록 (Abstract)

자폐 스펙트럼 장애(Autism spectrum disorders: ASD) 아동의 음식 선택성 개선을 위한 음식 노출 중재(Food exposure intervention)에 대해 체계적으로 고찰하고자 한다. 2021년 7월 31일까지 게재된 연구를 대상으로, PRISMA Flow Chart를 사용하여 연구를 선정하였다. 데이터베이스는 Pubmed, Web of science, Science direct, SCOPUS, Embase, ProQuest를 사용하였다. 주제어는 autism, selectivity, food, exposure를 사용하였다. 최종으로 선정된 9개 연구의 질적 수준, 대상자의 일반적인 특성, 중재의 효과, 중재에 사용된 전략, 중재의 효과를 측정하기 위한 평가도구에 대해서 분석하였다. 음식 선택성이 있는 ASD 아동에게 음식 노출 중재를 제공하였을 때 음식 섭취, 음식 다양성, 음식 수용, 음식 양, 음식 접촉의 증진에 효과 있는 것으로 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통해 음식 노출 중재에 대한 임상적인 정보를 제공하고, ASD 아동을 대상으로 한 음식 노출 중재의 일반화 및 개발을 위한 근거 자료를 마련하였다.

The purpose of this study is to systematically analyze food exposure interventions to improve food selectivity in children with ASD. Data collection is not limited to the start of the study, and the study was conducted until July 31, 2021. Study selection was made through the 4 steps of the PRISMA Flowchart. The database used Pubmed, Web of science, Science direct, SCOPUS, Embase and ProQuest. Keywords were autism, selectivity, food, exposure. The final selected 9 studies analyzed the level of evidence, the characteristics of subjects, the effectiveness of intervention, the approach used for intervention, the assessment tools for measuring the effectiveness of intervention. When food exposure intervention was provided to ASD children with food selectivity, it was confirmed that it was effective in enhancing food consumption, food variety, food acceptance, food amount, and food touch. Through this study, clinical information on food exposure intervention was provided, and evidence data for generalization and intervention development of food exposure intervention for ASD children were prepared.
