The goal of research lies in studying the role of the teacher in the creative development of the young children. This research was conducted in the following order : 1. The basisof creativity, 2. creative personality traits, 3. creativity of thought, 4. issues affecting the creativity of the teacher, ① creative child and the teacher, ② the child and the teacher's role in his/her creativity development, ③ acceleration in the development of creativity, ④ causes influencing the teacher's creativity, ⑤ instructional practices which hinder creativity, and the conclusions reached are as follows.
Since the creativity of the young children depends on their teacher's interest in creative education, the teacher must have confidence and persistence towards creative education.Furthennore, it is necessary to put forth continuous efforts towards developing oneself and reshaping one's own environment to nurture creativity. Methods for the teacher to utilize on accelerating the development of the young children's creativity are by emphasizing creativity a common trait available to anyone and in any form, by stimulating creative thinking, by nurturing expansive minds, and by allowing the young children to trust their own decisions. Educational conception, yearly effort, and other individual factors were found tobe the most influential to the creativity of the teacher. Furthennore, some instructional methods, commonly practiced by the teacher, which hindered creativity were emphasizing exactness, exterior criticism, anxiety of teacher, Pressure for adjustment, strict division ofstudy and play, retribution and competition, and limited choices.
