다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)
The purpose of this study was to examine differences of satisfaction of participants in self-support programs by characteristics of participation in self-support programs. The subjects in this study were the participants in self-support programs supervised by Gimhae city government. The data of this study were collected by questionnaire method and analyzed by the statistical package of SPSS WIN 15.0.
There were differences in satisfaction with the programs according to the type of corporation, participation reason, and the form of job hunting efforts, and the length of participation and whether they ever tried to get a job before participating in the programs made no differences to that. Those who participated in the self-support communities, who took part in the programs to make s living and who ever visited placement agencies founded it more satisfactory to participate in the self-support programs.
