The main purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of direct involvement of sports Which could improve the desirable job satisfaction. For the purpose of this study, stratified cluster convenience sampling selected subjects (N=300) were such as participants in Jazz Dance. The subjects were working women of age over 20 years old in Dae-gu area. For this study a-self-evaluation-reporting-questionnaire was organized, which was consisted of 36 items on 6 factors. The questionnaires made purpose of this study to measure Job satisfaction on basics of JDI (Job Descriptive Index ; Smith, P. C., Kendal, M. L. ＆ Hulin, 1969, Company Identification : CI) of job satisfaction. Likert`s 5 point scale method was used to evaluate the data. The data were treated with frequencies, one way -ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis at the .05 significant level. The results were as follows : 1. job satisfaction rate analyzed about Jazz dance participation term was indicated significant difference orderly supervision, changing occupation, payment, working itself, promotion. 2. job satisfaction rate analyzed about Jazz dance participation frequency was indicated significant difference orderly payment, working itself, co-workers, promotion. 3. job satisfaction rate analyzed about Jazz dance participation degree of strength was indicated significant difference orderly working itself, payment, promotion. 4. job satisfaction rate analyzed about Jazz dance participation degree of strength, frequency, term was indicated significant difference correlation in 3 factors all. also, job satisfaction rate analyzed about Jazz dance participation degree indicated influence according to participation frequency, participation term participation degree of strength.
