교육인적자원부 유아교육자료에 대한 공립유치원 교사들의 활용실태와 활용 시 장애요인 및 요구도

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 교육인적자원부 유아교육자료에 대한 공립유치원 교사의 활용실태 및 장애요인을 알아보고, 추후 개발될 교육인적자원부 유아교육자료에 대한 요구도를 살펴보는데 있다. 본 연구는 전국의 공립유치원 교사 314명을 대상으로 교육인적자원부 유아교육자료의 활용여부, 장애요인, 요구사항이 설문지를 통해 조사되었다. 연구의 결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공립유치원 교사들은 교육인적자원부 유아교육자료를 대부분 활용하고 있었다. 둘째, 교육인적자원부 유아교육자료에 대한 장애요인에 대하여 교사의 측면에서는 교사의 관심부족과 자료의 적용을 위한 교사연수 및 워크샵이 부족하다는 응답이 많았고, 기타의 측면에서는 참고할 수 있는 많은 자료, 자료의 보급시기, 행사나 공문처리로 활용이 어렵다는 응답이 많았다. 셋째, 추후 개발ㆍ보급될 교육인적자원부 유아교육자료의 내용으로는 교육활동, 교육계획, 평가, 장애유아 통합교육, 종일반, 행사, 부모교육 및 지원, 환경구성 등을 요구하는 것으로 나타났다. 자료의 형태로는 CD-ROM, 실물, 비디오, 그림자료, 기타의 순으로 요구하였다. 그 밖의 요구사항으로는 바로 교실상황에서 사용할 수 있도록 구체적인 자료의 제공과 실질적이고 구체적인 전달연수 및 워크샵을 원하였고, 더불어 현장의 요구에 따른 실질적인 자료가 제작되기를 원하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine how much public kindergarten teachers took advantage of early childhood education materials presented by the Ministry of Education & Human Resources, what made it difficult for them to capitalize on them. And it's also intended to find out about their needs for early childhood education materials provided by the Ministry of Education & Human Resources. The subjects in this study were 314 public kindergarten teachers across the nation. The instrument used for this study was a questionnaire developed by researchers. The findings of the study were as follows. First, the public kindergarten teachers applied most of the teaching materials supplied by the Ministry of Education & Human Resources. Second, as for barriers that made it hard to harness the teaching materials, many of the teachers pointed out a lack of concern on the side of teachers, insufficient training opportunities and a lack of workshop. And many found it difficult to use the teaching materials because of a shortage of available data, inappropriate time for the supply of the data, and heavy workload related to events or documentation. Third, regarding their needs for future teaching materials supplied by the Ministry of Education & Human Resources, they placed the most emphasis on educational activities, followed by educational planning, evaluation, inclusive education for the disabled, all-day class, events, parent education, a preparation of good environments, and others. CD-ROMS were identified as the most preferred type of teaching materials, followed by realia, videotapes, pictures and others. Besides, they asked for concrete, specific and practical materials that are usable in classroom without any modifications and cater to teachers' needs, and called for down-to-earth training and workshop as well.
