The purpose of this study is to explore possibilities of improvement in the quality of subjective life in the satisfaction of life and positive emotion, which are the elements of subjective life quality that common adults feel. This research targeted 348 adults (over 19 years old) and carried out an element analysis by using data collected from advanced researches concerning personal relationships, social support, ego-related criteria, and mental health. For this analysis, I used data in statistical analysis after retaining the reliability and validity of each factor. This analysis considered the satisfaction of life and positive emotions which were two elements of the quality of subjective life as a dependent variable and also considered the need for achievement, self-esteem, self initiated character, personal relationship, and social support as an influential independent variable. The results of research are as follow: After researching the influence of the need for achievement, for self-initiated character, and self-esteem, for personal relationships, and social support as to the satisfaction of life and positive emotions, the order of relative importance for these factors was proved to be: self-esteem, need for achievement, personal relationship, and social support. The demographic factors concerned were monthly income and jobs. The need for achievement, for self-esteem, and for personal relationships in the order of importance were influential when it came to positive emotions. Levels of education and job were influential with regard to demographic factors. In addition, the measures of self-initiated character have no affect on the satisfaction of life and positive emotions. In conclusion, by means of regression analysis, it was shown that model 6 (46.2%) had the highest persuasive power with regard to the quality of subjective life, and had the biggest effect on self-esteem(B=.289). And in mode 16 (44.7%) which had the highest persuasive power on the positive emotions, the need for achievement was the most influential factor. These results qualify as highly suggestive in this area in that it is precisely these factors that require greater research into the poor quality of life.
