주민발의에 의한 뇌교육 관련 조례 제정 방안 탐색 -사회교육적 관점을 중심으로- = An Investigation of way of enact an Ordinance on the Brain Education by Initiative -focusing on the Social educational perspective-

The purpose of this study is to present a meaning of Brain Education ordinance enacted by the initiative and practical problem for the realization. Initiative was first introduced by the 2000 Local Government Act amended, Initiative system is the initiative by ordinance of the municipality to fix problems in the daily life of local residents themselves. Therefore, the enactment of the ordinance on Brain Education by initiative can be called institutionalized an alternative residents themselves to improve the quality of life and community education. These efforts that are associated with diverse and rich content builds on the improved quality of life related to Brain Education programs development and ongoing research and effective verification, discussion of the legal definition of Brain Education, and to promote to Brain Education to community and residents through a variety of methods and routes.
