교류분석이론의 임상사회복지실천에서의 함의 = The Meaning of Clinical Social Work Practice of Transactional Analysis Theory

국문 초록 (Abstract)

사회복지실천에서 인간행동과 사회환경을 이해하는 기초이론과 실천현장에서 클라이언트 이해를 위한 개입 프로그램에 교류분석이 사용되었다. 그동안 자아상태와 이고그램을 중심으로 복지관, 병원 등의 실천현장에서 주로 사용되어졌다. 그 외의 다른 교류분석의 이론들도 클라이언트와 사회복지사의 역량강화를 위해 기여하는 부분을 가지고 있다. 특히 성격적응유형과 계약은 전문적 관계의 내용과 질을 풍부하게 하는 데 사용될 수 있다. 이를 위해 자아상태와 이고그램처럼 구조화된 프로그램의 제시가 필요하다. 영어로 된 용어의 한계극복을 위해 한국적인 표준화작업의 필요성이 대두된다. 사회복지의 가치구현에 교류분석이 어떤 역할을 하고 있는지 알기 위해서는 이론과 개입의 유용성과 함께 한계가 충분히 논의되어야 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This article is aimed to review 'Transactional Analysis(TA)' as an intervention program in social work practice. As a basic theory to understand the relation between human behaviors and social environment, TA has been used as an intervention program in practice fields. Among TA theories, 'ego-state' and 'ego-gram' have been applied to in our practice fields such as community centers, hospitals, etc. Other TA theories can also contribute to the empowerment of clients and social workers. Especially 'personal adaption type' and 'contract' can be utilized in making the content and quality abundant in professional relation. We need to present structured programs like 'ego-state' and 'ego-gram' in our practice fields. There has not been enough discussion about the methods and limitations of TA theories and of intervention programs in our social work practice. It is strongly necessary for us to standardize the TA terms in Korean in order to overcome the limitations in using English terms.
