A new method for requiring of various manufactured article share and a precision has beed studied.
In this paper, I used a machine structural carbon steel SM 17C by covered electrode materials using cemented carfide face cutler in order to rise heigher efficiency of the milling machine working I studied by a comparative investigation to make a change cutting condition of covered electrode materials working resistance, cutting speed, feed and depth of cutling in order to investigate a prinary factor, in affecting at sliding guide way of the finishing face.
In addition, I had a comparative study relation with cutting speed measuring cutting resistance.
