지적2.0 환경에 사회적 참여방향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

최근 지적2.0 환경의 화두는 투명, 참여, 윤리, 존중, 네트워킹, 공유, 3차원, 책임, 연속 등 다양한 변화 대상이 언급되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 지적의 환경변화에 따라 새로이 부각되고 있는 지적2.0을 면밀히 검토하여 사회적 참여 경로 및 활성화 방향을 모색하는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 연구범위는 지적2.0 및 가상공간의 사회적 참여로 한정하고, 조사방법은 문헌조사를 통하여 자료를 수집하였으며, 접근방법은 서술적 접근방법과 체제적 접근방법을 병용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같은 관점에서 도출하고자 하였다. 첫째, 지적2.0과 사회적 참여 관계는 지적2.0, 사회적 참여 및 접근 틀 차원에서, 둘째, 지적환경변화에 따른 사회적 참여의 실제 및 한계는 사회적 참여기반, 참여객체, 참여경로의 실제 및 한계 등 차원에서, 셋째, 지적2.0 환경에 사회적 참여 활성화는 사회적 참여의 한계를 극복할 수 있는 차원에서 검토하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Recently, issue of Cadastre2.0 surrounding is emerging as a variable change object which include transparency, participation, ethics, respect, networking, sharing, 3D, accountability, and continuum. For that reason, the purpose of this study is to review utilization directions and social participation by reviewing a rising new cadastre2.0 in response to the change of cadastral environmental. To achieve the research objective, the research range was limited to the social participation in virtual space and cadastre 2.0, a data through the reference of literature and internet investigation was collected as the research method, and descriptive and systematic approaches were applied concurrently. The research findings are as follows; First, the relation between Cadastre2.0 and social participation was reviewed in terms of the definition of cadastre2.0 and social participation, and the approach framework. Second, the actual condition and limits of social participation was referred to the foundation, object, and channel of social participation. Third, the vital directions of social participation in cadastre2.0 surrounding was applied as a means of settling the limitation of social participation
