섬오가피의 유용성물질이 여성의 피부상태에 미치는 영향 = The Effect of Acanthopanax koreanum Usability Material on Women`s Skin Condition

This study was designed to examine the effect of skin condition change after using the cosmetics which contains Acanthopanax koreanum extracts. A total 20 women in their 30`s who live on Jeju were randomly divided into the experimental (n=10) and controlled group (n=10). The experiment program in this study was conducted 10 times within a 5-week period. It measured the change of skin moisture, sebum, elasticity, melanin, and erythema by non-invasive bioengineering devices. The results are as follows. The experimental group showed a significant difference in the change of moisture, sebum, elasticity and melanin (p<0.05). Even though the result of the experimental value of the elasticity measured high, it means the skin elasticity decreased. These results showed that products using Acanthopanax koreanum had a significant moisturizing, whitening and sebum increase effect. Therefore these extracts from Acanthopanax koreanum might be beneficial for skin conditions.
