국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 중국의 인공지능 교육 현황 및 관련 정책을 살펴보고, 이로부터 우리의 인공지능 교육정책 수립을 위한 시사점을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 중국에서 발표된 주요 학술논문, 정부 발표자료, 인터넷 자료 및 정책문건들을 중심으로 문헌연구를 진행하고, 인공지능 교육정책, 교육과정 운영, 교과서 내용 및 교사 양성 등 네 가지 측면에서 중국의 인공지능 교육 현황을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 중국의 인공지능 교육은 초중고에 인공지능 과목을 개설하고 교육과정 기준을 마련하고 있다는 점, 초중고를 대상으로 하는 다양한 유형의 교과서가 출간되어 있다는 점, 창의성 함양 및 융합인재 양성을 강조하고 있다는 점, 인공지능을 통한 교육의 질 제고를 요구하고 있으며, 마지막으로, 국가적 차원의 여러 정책을 발표하며 인공지능 교육 발전을 촉진하고 있는 점 등의 특징을 발견할 수 있었다. 이러한 현황에 따른 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인공지능 교육을 위한 교사 양성 및 지원이 더욱 강화되어야 한다. 둘째, 다양한 버전의 검인정 교과서가 제작되어야 한다. 셋째, 인공지능 교과와 타 교과 간 교차융합이 이루어져야 한다. 마지막으로, 초중고 및 대학 간 인공지능 교육을 연계할 필요가 있다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the current status of artificial intelligence(AI) education and related policies in China, and to present implications for establishing our AI education policy. To this end, this study conducted literature research focusing on major academic papers, government statements, internet data, and policy documents published in China, and analyzed four aspects of AI education: AI education policy, curriculum, textbook, and teacher training. According to the analysis, China’s AI education is characterized by opening AI subjects and preparing curriculum standards, publishing various types of textbooks, emphasizing creativity and fostering convergence talents, and finally announcing various policies at the national level. The implications of this current situation are as follows. First, teacher training and support for AI education should be further strengthened. Second, various versions of certified textbooks should be produced. Third, cross-convergence between AI and other subjects should be achieved. Lastly, it is necessary to link AI education from elementary schools to universities.
