주문식교육 재정지원사업 평가의 타당성 분석 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 주문식교육 지원사업을 대상으로 평가과정 전반에 관한 타당성을 분석하였으며, 분석결과는 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 기술통계량 분석에서 수도권 대학이 비수도권 대학보다 학생에 대한 투자가 상대적으로 낮은 것으로 나타나 이에 대한 개선방안이 필요하였다. 둘째, 상관관계분석에서 수도권과 비수도권은 공통적으로 사업계획 및 내용과 사업성과 간에 높은 상관관계를 나타내어 평가방법의 개선이 필요하였다. 셋째, 회귀분석결과 수도권과 비수도권에서 공통적으로 사업계획 및 내용이 1% 수준에서 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 평가위원의 신뢰성분석 결과 평가결과는 전반적으로 신뢰할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 재정지원사업에 대한 많은 기초정보를 정책당국에 제공할 것이며, 전문대학에는 개선해야 할 분야를 확인할 수 있는 계기를 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper, based on the Customized Contract Training program, empirically examines the assessment of the governmental financial support special education program undertaken by junior colleges of the nation. The combination of equality and efficiency of the financial assistance is of substantial importance not only for the procurement of financial resources for the vocational education, but also for the distribution of the resources.<br/>
The government-funding projects are devoid of clear legal bases with respect to the financial assistance, and therefore how to secure the budget allocation on a stable basis has become a matter of concern. Especially, an provided great incentives for the beneficiaries that are suffering greatly from poor financial background.
