Nowadays internet is developing worldwide and people do their easily using the internet. Mostly internet shopping is developing rapidly worldwide. Many consumers search goods which they wanted and purchase in easy way. This is comparative survey between Korean and Mongolian. Perceived risk and information privacy risk is comparative survey which influence Online shopping mall’s intention to use. Internet shopping in Korea is rapidly developing compared with Mongolia. We collected empirical data for this study each countries over a period of a week subjects who had service failure recovery experiences through online shopping mall. A total of 133 complete and valid responses were obtained. We are carried out data analysis using a methodology with SPSS 20.0. The data analysis shows the result that comparing Korea and Mongolia of Online shopping mall’s intention to use. Also examined the structural model. Result shows that online shopping in Korea and Mongolia develops depending on development phase.
