위기관리 실패 기업 사례 분석을 통한 위기관리 거버넌스 특징에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Characteristics of Crisis Management Governance through Case Analysis of Crisis Failure Firms

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 위기관리의 실패 경험이 있는 기업들의 위기관리 거버넌스 요소를 분석하여 위기관리 선진 기업 대비 다른 위기관리 거버넌스의 조직적 특징을 확인하고자 한다. 선행연구를 통해 위기 및 위기관리 거버넌스의 개념을 파악하고 4개의 위기의 유형에 부합하는 위기관리 실패기업 10개의 사례를 선정하였 으며, 비교 분석을 위해 위기관리 선진 기업 5개사의 위기관리 거버넌스 요소를 함께 분석하였다. 그리고 위기관리 실패기업의 위기관리 거버넌스의 조직적 특징을 확인하였다. 위기관리 거버넌스의 조직적 요소 중 전담임원(CRO), 전담팀(CMT), 전담위원회(CMC)에 있는 위기관리 실패 10개 기업 모두 기업은 미흡하거나 갖추고 있지 않은 것으로 확인되었다. 반면 위기관리 선진 기업은 위기관리 거버넌스의 조직적 3개 요소를 대부분 갖추고 있었다. 기업은 위기관리 또는 재난 대응의 성공을 위해서는 위기관리 선진 사례처럼 위기관리 거버넌스를 적절히 갖추고 적시에 작동될 수 있도록 제도화하는 것이 필요하다.
