Today, GDP of developed countries such as the United Kingdom, the United States and so on in the services industry accounted for more than 70%. The proportion is increasing every year and as the result of FTA with EU and America, the service sector is required to strengthen the competitiveness in domestic. In these changes, the airline industry which is one of the leading service industries is also changing. Consequently, low-cost airlines have emerged as a new airline business model which focuses on niche markets. The early part of the domestic LCC had eliminated some services for the prices and it result consumers to turn away. Since then, however, new services had developed and domestic flights passed 40 percent in its share in 2011. The purpose of this study is to provide suggestions to planner and designer for service upgrade through analysis of service design case in domestic low cost airlines. The research method is documentary and example survey about five discount aviations. The result of analysis shows that design for service instances of inexpensive freight were classified into four categories and three kind of design planning for service improvement.
