To observe the effect relations in work environment affecting work satisfaction of youth companions, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were done. The correlation between work environment and youth companion satisfaction had a significant correlation in challenge and role obscurity, challenge being the highest static correlation, and role obscurity the next.
The correlation between work environment and youth companion's wage satisfaction showed significant correlation in challenge, work obscurity, and excessive work. The challenge showed the highest static correlation, with work obscurity following. Excessive work and wage satisfaction had a negative correlation.
The correlation between work environment and youth companion's peer satisfaction showed significant correlation in challenge, work obscurity and excessive work. Challenge had the highest static correlation, followed by role obscurity. Excessive work and peer satisfaction showed negative correlation.
The correlation between work environment and youth companion's organization satisfaction showed significant correlation in challenge, work obscurity, and excessive work. Challenge showed the highest static correlation, followed by role obscurity. Excessive work and organization satisfaction showed negative correlation.
