The purpose of this study is to investigate the causal model between participation motivation, of female golf beginners and participation satisfaction and intent of continuing participation. The female participants who began golfing at the golf course in the C area were selected. For this purpose, 300 women were sampled using the objective sampling method for the women who just started golfing. 250 valid samples were collected, excluding 50 respondents who poorly responded or missed. For analysis of the research model, structural equation model analysis was performed using AMOS 18.0 program. The results of the study are as follows. First, participation motive of female golf beginners has a significant effect on participation satisfaction. Second participation motive of female golf beginners has a significant effect on intent of continuing participation. Third, the golf participation satisfaction of female golf beginners did not have a significant effect on intent of continuing participation.
