The purpose of this study is to develop the `college writing program using structure-sentence` and examine the effect of it. This program intends to overcome the weakness of existing process-based writing program in the way of linking writing process with writing product. The traits of this program are following: First, this program invented the concept of `per-process text` and uses it linking writing process with writing product. Second, this program introduces the process of writing a `structure-sentence` which enables students to generate a macro-structure of the whole text before they begin to write their text. Finally, this program presents a new generating strategy that makes students construct the meaning in the way of negotiating various demands of `writer-text-audience.`
