법령 별표 및 서식의 우리말 문제점과 개선 방안 = The Problems and Solutions of the Appended Chart and Due Form

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper examined several problems of appended chart and due form split into mutiple topics; spelling, punctuation, orthography of loan words, vocabulary, syntax, sentence. As a result, I became aware of the fact that there are many errors in appended chart and due form and it is very serious. So I suggested three solutions to the problems of appended chart and due form. First, we must educate officials to write official documents correctly. It is possible to educate officials around concrete cases in relation to appended chart and due form. Second, we must draw up guidelines for officials to use effectively and develope computer or web programs to use immediately. Many people pointed out many errors of the official documents. But it was not useful to use immediately falling into a difficult situation. Third, we must strengthen the civil service examination for officials to furnish the ability to write official documents correctly. Until now, it was not useful to select the right person furnishing the ability to write official documents correctly.
