전원주택단지 경관향상을 위한 설계지침개발에 관한 연구 : 대구 인근지역 전원주택단지를 중심으로 = A Study on the Design Guidelines for the Development of Idyllic Housings

The purpose of this study is to provide the design guidelines for improving overall landscape of idyllic housing. It convinces that the integrated idyllic housing design method makes more harmonious environment, through the preference evaluation between two kinds of the development method about each idyllic housing environment. Two cases of idyllic housing which were developed by the integrated idyllic housing design are analysed. Several design elements in idyllic housings are selected. With these design elements, the detailed design guidelines are derived.: landscaping, the scale of building, the street width, boundary handling, the roofs, exterior wall, the front gates, the windows and so forth.
