This research addresses the determinants of salespeople's ethical awareness(SEA) in stock market. The suggested model include several factors such as environmental uncertainty(volatility and diversity), customer orientation, ethical climate and perception of the ethical awareness of supervisor. Some hypotheses that show the relationship between SEA and the factors are suggested. To attain these objective of this research, samples from salespeople were collected. For the analysis of data, reliability test, validity test, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and frequency analysis were used with SPSS WIN package.
the results show that environmental volatility, customer orientation(3 factor, 1 factor), organization's ethical climate, affect SEA, however, environmental diversity and customer orientation(2 factor, 4 factor) don't work. And, as hypothesized, SEA generally had positive impacts on customer relationship quality(customer's trust and satisfaction).
