    The studying a text in contexts has become a major new emphasis in literary studies. The context in the text means different things to different people at different times,and it has been used in plural. The old reading method was to read texts by great authors chosen by teachers and the content of the texts was seen as far more important than the process of reading them as a rather passive process. However readers gather clues about character, plot, circumstance, and motivation by context related to the text,and from these clues they deduce conclusion. So reading a text in contexts is useful to read a text.
