국문 초록 (Abstract)

글로벌 시대의 전문 인력 양성을 목표로 대학은 전문대학원 체제로의 전환을 시도하고 있으며, 의과대학에서 의학전문대학원 체제로의 변화는 교육과정 및 평가에 이르는 전반적인 의학교육에의 변화를 가져왔다. 그러나 교육과정 개발 및 체제 구축에 있어 주요한 영향을 미치는 의학전문대학원생과 의과대학생들의 학습자 특성에 대한 심도 깊은 연구는 충분히 진행되고 있지 않은 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 의학전문대학원 학생과 의과대학 학생들이 갖고 있는 학습 성향을 조사분석하여 의학전문대학원 교육과정 개발을 위한 기초적 자료를 제시하고자 하였다. 의학전문대학원생 124명과 의과대학생 146명을 대상으로 학습접근방식, 비판적 사고성향, 그리고 자기주도학습 준비도를 조사하였으며, 그 결과를 학생 집단(의학전문대학원생, 의과대학생)을 독립변인으로 하고 학습접근방식, 비판적 사고성향, 그리고 자기주도학습 준비도의 각 하위요인을 종속변인으로 하는 중다변량분석을 통해 알아보았다. 그 결과 의학전문대학원생은 의과대학생들에 비해 보다 심층적 학습접근, 학습 모니터링과 노력관리 및 학습 조직화를 잘하고, 비판적 사고성향과 자기주도학습 준비도가 높은 것으로 나타났다.
