고등학교 특수학급 교사들의 진로,직업 교육과정 운영에 대한 탐색적 연구 = An Explorative Study on the Career and Vocational Education for Special Education Students in General High Schools

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The primary purpose of this study is to investigate the career and vocational education for special students in general high schools. To achieve this goal, this study makes use of interview data from ten high school special teachers in Seoul and their curriculum plans Major findings demonstrate that the teachers pursue to develop students′ basic social skills and habits rather than specific vocational skills. For the latter, most teachers wire making use of local resources such as welfare institutes and special high schools providing intensive vocational training. With regard to obstacles, participating teachers pointed out the difficulties of communicating with other teachers and parents who often maintain. In addition, many teachers feel confused since there is no curriculum guidelines for integrated students in general high schools. Based on these findings, this study suggests proposals necessary for further developing career and vocational education for special students in general high schools.
