항공기 객실승무원의 안전 규정준수와 고객 서비스 간의 상호 반작용에 관한 정성적 연구 = A Qualitative Study on the Conflict Structure between Compliance with Safety Regulations and Customer Service Minds of Aircraft Cabin Crews

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to understand the psychological structure that acts on the cabin crew's internal conflict when a cabin crew who has to comply with safety regulations causes inconvenience to customers during flight work. This study was conducted using in-depth interviews of qualitative research. Through the study, it was possible to examine the consciousness structure of cabin crew based on solving problems in the event of a conflict between compliance with safety regulations and customer service minds. Cabin crew members usually take into account their beliefs, company positions, and disadvantages from company when asking passengers to comply with safety rules, and they tend to rationalize themselves if they fail to comply with safety rules. This study is believed to have a positive effect on preparing procedures for safe flight work by seeking ways to reduce psychological conflicts among cabin crew members through the process of understanding the psychological state of cabin crew members who must comply with regulations and communicate with passengers for safe air travel.
