대상관계 이론에 근거한 아동의 공격성 감소 프로그램 개발과 효과 = A Study on the Development & Efficacy of the Child Aggression Reduction Program, Based on the Object Relation heory

Through this study based on the Object Relation Theory, I developed a program for the reduction of childhood aggression. From the viewpoint of the Object Relation Theory, I was able to classify the causes of aggressivity into three factors. The development of the program consists of four steps. The program was performed 3 times a week totaling 12 periods. In order to verify the efficacy of the program, I carried out 10 written tests and VCR observations by way of pretest, posttest, and follow-up-test for the program performance. The program were statistically treated by means of ANCOVA and Wilcoxon Matched-Pairs Signed- Ranks Test. These results are indications that the Aggression Reduction Program which the present investigator developed proves to be effective for reducing child's aggressivity. The common therapeutic factors that effected changes both in the behaviors of Child and Mother turned out to be 'Instillation of hope' and 'Catharsis' Whereas Child's therapeutic factor turned out to be Instillation of hope' and 'Catharsis‘, Mother's therapeutic factor proved to be 'Catharsis', 'Group cohesiveness'.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대상관계이론에 근거하여 아동의 공격성을 감소시킬 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하고 공격성 감소 효과가 있는지 검증한 것이다. 대상관계이론에서 살펴본 공격성 유발요인은 세 가지로 수렴할 수 있었다. 프로그램의 개발은 네 단계의 과정으로 이루어졌으며 주 3회씩 12회기를 실시하였다. 프로그램 효과를 확인하기 위하여 프로그램 실시 사전, 사후, 추후에 지필검사와 VCR 관찰을 실시하였고 통계적 분석은 ANCOVA 와 Wilcoxon을 사용하였다. 실험 결과 본 연구에서 개발한 대상관계이론에 근거한 공격성 감소 프로그램은 아동의 공격성을 감소시키는데 효과가 있음이 밝혀졌다. 아동과 어머니의 행동을 변화시킨 공동의 치료적 요인은 ‘초기가족의 교정적 체험 재현’ 이었으며 아동의 치료적 요인은 ‘희망의 고취’, ‘정화’이였고, 어머니의 치료적 요인은 ‘정화’, ‘집단 응집성’으로 나타났다.
