다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract) kakao i 다국어 번역

Purpose Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) is reshaping workplace practices by automating tasks, enhancing creativity, and boosting productivity. Yet, its integration presents organizational and psychological challenges that influence sustained adoption. The study identified responsible and sustainable GenAI adoption and leverage in workplace environments.

Design/methodology/approach This study conducts a systematic review of recent literature to examine the enablers and barriers shaping GenAI use at work. This structured method enabled a multi-dimensional understanding of the current landscape of GenAI use in the workplace, forming a solid foundation for the thematic analysis and discussion.

Findings Key organizational drivers include transparent leadership, structured training, supportive digital infrastructure, and a culture of continuous learning, while obstacles such as data privacy concerns, lack of transparency, and unclear adoption policies undermine trust. On the psychological side, factors such as self-efficacy, perceived usefulness, trust in leadership, and job-related anxiety significantly affect employees’ willingness to adopt and persist with GenAI. By synthesizing insights across management, psychology, and information systems, this review highlights the interplay between organizational structures and psychological dynamics. Practical recommendations include enhancing transparency through explainable AI, strengthening training programs, and promoting trust-centred leadership to encourage ethical and inclusive adoption.
