The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of stress level on the cortisol, catalase and Hydroperoxide.
The subjects were twenty-four abults ( mean age 46.5±8.2, height 169±18.0lcm, weigh 68.3±15.54kg ) volunteered to participate in the study. They were devided into high stress(subject=7), middle stress(subject=7) and low stress (subject=10) groups according to stress level.
The measurement of stress level utilized psycholoscial well -being indx questionnaire. The subjects in the utilized oneway-ANOVA measure design.
The results of the study were as follows ;
1. The cortisol mean between high stress group and two stress groups did show statistically significant difference.
2. The catalase mean between high stress group and low stress group did show statistically significant difference.
3. The hydroperxide mean between high stress group and low stress group did show statistically significant difference.
