기업 e-러닝 학습전이 모형 검증 연구 = A Study to Verify the Learning Transfer Model in Corporate e-Learning

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relative effects of various factors on learning transfer in corporate e-learning environment by constructing and verifying the learning transfer model. The survey was conducted twice on the learners who were enrolled in a e-Learning course ``QSS(quick six sigma)`` at A company in Korea. A total of 262 cases were analyzed for the integrated relationship between the factors related to learning transfer and learning transfer. The major findings of this study are as follows. First, the structural model was verified to have a resonable fitness by the goodness-of-fit test. Second, affecting factors were learners` characteristics, learning program, supervisor and peer support, and organizational environment. Third, learning program had the greate relative influence followed by supervisor and peer support, learners` characteristics, organizational environment. This result implicates that all the factors were needed to be considered synthetically in the field of the designing and managing corporate e-Learning and the learning program which have strong effects on learning transfer relatively should be adapted to the field application for learning transfer in corporate e-Learning.
