간호대학생의 보완대체요법 인식 및 이용실태 = Nursing Students' Recognition of Complemental Alternative Medicine and Actual Condition of Use (Object of study : Nursing Students in Jeollanam-do Province)

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 보완대체요법에 대한 간호대학생의 인식, 이용실태, 유용성을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다.
연구 대상은 전남에 소재한 M대학교와 H대학교 2곳의 간호학생 총 115명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 자료수집 기간은 2014년 5월 19일부터 23일까지였으며 보완대체요법이 개설되지 않은 학생들을 편의 표집하였다. 구조화된 설문지를 이용하였고, SPSS/WIN18.0을 이용하여 분석하였다.
'보완대체요법이 일반적으로 무엇인지 알고 있는가?'에 대한 질문에서 '알고 있다'가 78%, 모른다가 22%로 나타나 대상자의 대부분은 대체요법에 대하여 기본적으로 인지하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.
보완대체요법의 치료 경험에서 근골격계 질환이 22.7%로 가장 많았고, 보완대체요법 사용종류별에서 대체의료체계에 속한 '침, 뜸, 부항'이 65.9%로 가장 많았고, 대상자 115명 중 대체요법 이용 경험이 있다고 응답한 72명 중 '대체로 만족'이 33.9%,로 나타났다.
결론적으로 간호대학생의 보완대체요법에 대한 전반적인 인식이 긍정적으로 나타났으며 관심도 높았다. 과학적인 검증과 정확한 정보를 제공하여 효과적인 보완대체요법을 적용, 확대하기 위해 간호 대학 내 보완대체요법 관련 과목 개설 확대와 같은 교육적 접근이 필요하다고 사료된다.

The excessive muscle tension and pain of human body is a kind of physical phenomenon with continued hamful to human from ancient time to todays. Muscle tension is a kind of immunisity reaction to protect human life, and pain is a kind of immunisity reaction to occurs human body with some kinds of issue from inside or outsides. This study's program is to reduce for muscle tension and pain of human body new alternative medicinely challenge.
It shorts see, This study is to know give effects for released muscle tension and pain with stimulated Shinsoo meridian points of Bladder Meridian 따라서 본 The subjection person was 10 person of middle aged male(40years old). and the resThe purpose of this study is a sort of descriptive research to grasp the nursing students' recognition, actual condition of use and usefulness about the Complemental Alternative Medicine.
The object of this study is 115 nursing students of M University and H University located in Jeollanam-do province. I collected related documents from May 19, 2014 till May 23, 2014 and did convenient sampling about students whose Universities didn't open the subject of Complemental Alternative Medicine yet. I used structured questionnaires and analyzed them by using SPSS/WIN 18.0. And at the question of 'if they know what the complemental alternative medicine is in general', 78% of the respondents replied 'I know it' and 22% ' I don't know it'. It is known that most of the students were basically recognizing about the Alternative Medicine.
Among those who have experienced the treatment of Complemental Alternative Medicine, 22.7% (the highest) of them suffered from Muscular Skeletal Disease. Also, at the analysis of the kinds of Complemental Alternative Medicine, the acupuncture, moxa cautery and cupping accounted for 65.9% (the highest) of respondents. And among 115 respondents, 72 said they have already experienced the Alternative Medicine and 32% of them showed 'mostly satisfied' about it.
As a result, nursing students' overall perception about the Complemental Alternative Medicine was positive and also showed high interest in it. By offering scientific verification and exact informations, I think educational approaches are necessary, such as, opening the Complemental Alternative Medicine related subjects at the Nursing Colleges/Universities in order to apply an effective Complemental Alternative Medicine and expand it.
