Quality management requires a systematic analysis of the causal relationships among various quality factors of the system and effectively manage the influencing factors. This study identifies and analyzes 15 quality factors of the rotorcraft fuel system based on the 5M1E(Man, Machine, Material, Method, Measurement, Environment) for quality management. Using the fuzzy DEMATEL(Fuzzy Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory), the causal relationships among these factors were systematically examined. The factors were categorized into cause and effect groups, and their inter-dependencies were visualized through a causal diagram and a causal network diagram. To verify the reliability of the results, two sensitivity analyses were performed to validate the robustness of the causal structure. As results, the findings provide valuable insights for effective quality management by causal factors and major influence pathways, demonstrating the applicability of the proposed methodology as a decision-making tool for quality management..
