소아, 청소년 비만 예방을 위한 학교 및 지역사회 중재

국문 초록 (Abstract)

소아, 청소년기의 비만은 성인 비만으로의 이행, 만성질환과의 위험성 증가, 정신사회적 문제 등과 관련 등으로 인해 보건학적 문제로 대두되고 있으며 유병률은 서양과 마찬가지로 국내에서도 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 소아 및 청소년 비만을 예방하고 치료하는 데 있어서는 학교, 지역사회와 가정, 의료기관, 행정기관 등의 연계체계를 구축하여 지역사회 자원을 확보하고 실정에 맞는 중재 프로그램을 계획하고 실행하는 것이 필요하다. 외국의 경우, 학교나 지역사회를 기반으로 한 비만예방 중재 프로그램이 시행되고 있으나 국내에서는 장기적 계획을 세운 체계적 관리 프로그램이 드문 실정이다. 이에 외국과 국내에서 시행되었던 소아, 청소년 비만 예방 중재 프로그램을 검토하고, 효율적인 중재를 위한 기본 요건과 국내 현황 등을 살펴보고자 한다.
