외국 해외현장경험 프로그램 분석 및 한국 다문화교사교육을 위한 해외현장경험 프로그램 구상에 관한 연구 = An Analysis on the Honduras Study abroad Program & mapping out Korean Study Abroad program for multicultural teacher education

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

It has believed that Study Abroad Program for multicultural teacher education is effective for change of a teacher`s thoughts to multicultural cognition and attitude, reflection on his or her cultural assumptions, and development of global mind. However, Korea does not introduce the program yet. On the other hand, there has been a discussion which Korea multicultural teacher education must have theory courses and field works at the same time since the theory courses only have their limitations. So, it is required to study about introduction of study abroad experience for multicultural teacher education in Korea, I think. The purpose of this study is to explore introducing Study Abroad Field Experience Program to multicultural teacher education as the author think that For this purpose many approaches of multicultural teacher education and the effects of study abroad program for multicultural teacher education were examined in chapter 2. In chapter 3, in order to search studt abroad program for multicultural teacher education in Korea, the author analyzed the case of Honduras Study Abroad Program practicing in America, and looked into its strengths and perils. Based on the results a general rule of a plan of Korean study abroad program for multicultural teacher education would be discussed.
