학교 조직문화 형성 변인 탐색

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 학교 개선에 결정적인 역할을 하는 조직문화 형성 변인을 이론적으로 탐색해 보고 이를 바탕으로 하나의 연구모형을 설정해 경험적으로 검증해 보는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 초풍학교 교사, 행정가 및 전문직용 대상으로 학교 조직문화 형성변인을 분석한 결과, 리더십, 의사소통, 인간관계 등의 조직행위변인, 학교경영의 교사 및 학부모 참여, 교원단체, 교육정책 변화, 학교전통 및 지역사회 특성 퉁의 조직환경변인 변인, 그리고 공식적 조직, 비공식적 조직, 교직원 인적구성 동의 조직구조 변인 퉁이 학교 조직문화 형성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research sought to study what variables influenced and determined the creation of school organizational cultures that are deemed to be crucial in improving schools and developing their organization. Related literature studies selected organizational behavioral variables, organizational environmental variables, and organizational structural variables, as variables that influenced the creation of organizational cultures. Targeting 267 elementary school teachers, administrators, and professionals, the survey polled and analyzed variables of creating school organizational cultures, as follows. First, the study found that, of organizational behavioral variables, influencing school organizational cultures were human relations between teachers, teacher group cohesion, relations between teachers and administrators, communication channels, principals' visions and guidance, in this magnitude order Second, of organizational environmental variables, influencing school organizational cultures were the degree of teachers' participation in school management, the degree of parents' participation ill school management, changes in education policies, teacher groups, school traditions, and community features, ill this magnitude order. Third, of organizational structural variables, influencing school organizational cultures were official organizations, unofficial organizations, and teacher demographics, in this magnitude order This research empirically verified variables of creating organizational cultures, and thus presented some basic directions for establishing effective school management models. However, research has yet to be conducted on whether such established variables of creating organizational cultures will influence the creation of school organizational cultures positively or negatively. likewise, future research need to define what effects these variables will have on the creation of school organizational cultures.
