간호대학생의 비판적 사고성향, 간호전문직 자아개념과 임상실습 만족도 관계

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Objectives: This study was conducted to identify the relationship among critical thinking disposition and self-concept of professional nursing and satisfaction of clinical practice in nursing students. Methods: Data were collected through self reported structured questionnaire form nursing students using convenient sampling methods form May 18 to May 30, 2016. The data were analyzed with SPSS/WIN 21.0 using ANOVA, t-test, Pearson correlation, and stepwise multiple regression. Result: Critical thinking disposition and self-concept of professional nursing and satisfaction of clinical practice averaged 3.47(out of 5), 2.81(4), and 3.17(5), respectively. Signification positive correlations between critical thinking disposition and professional self-concept, self-concept of professional nursing and satisfaction of clinical practice were found. Conclusions: Based on outcomes of this study, propose that it is necessary to strengthen critical thinking and self-concept of professional nursing and improve satisfaction of clinical practice through effective clinical practice plan.
