여대생의 사회적 지지, 진로장벽, 자아정체감, 진로결정 수준의 구조적 분석 = A Structural Analysis of Anticipated Social Supports, Self-Identity, Career Barriers and Career Decision Making of Woman University Students Career Development Center

This study aimed to examine how the factors were related to students' career decision making of The Woman Student Career Development Center, how mediator factors affected students, and what process was involved. to verify the model, the survey was carried out on university students residing in Kyoungki, Kyoungsang, Cholla and Chungnam Province. The subjects were 225 students. To statistically process the collected data, SPSS Win 15.0 and AMOS 7.0 were used, and an analysis of the structural equation model was applied to verify the model. As a result of the research, the interpretation of goodness of fit index for confirmatory factor analysis of the research model proposed by structural equation model analysis was sufficient for the statistical analysis, so a modification model was set up. In the theoretical verification of the modification model and effect verification of indicators, social supports, showed negative effects in university students' career decision making and career barriers, but showed positive effects in self-identity. The career barriers showed negative effects in career decision making, but showed positive effects in self-identity. The variable which showed the highest effect in university students' career development was self-identity, while the variable which showed the lowest effect was career barriers. In addition, social support, an exogenous variable, did not affect career decision making, an endogenous variable, in a direct way but rather, in an indirect way. In particular, career relationship variables which affected woman university students' career development were explained, career barriers and self-identity of the mediator variable played an important role. among career relationship variables which affected woman university students' career development.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 전국 여대생커리어개발센터를 이용하고 있는 여대생들의 진로결정에 미치는 변인들을 규명하고, 그것을 매개하는 변인이 어떤 경로로 어느 정도의 영향력이 있는지를 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 수행하기 위해 경기도, 충청도, 경상도, 전라도에 거주하는 대학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 최종분석 대상은 총 225명이었다. 수집된 자료의 통계분석에는 SPSS Win 15.0과 AMOS 7.0 프로그램이 각각 사용되었고, 모형검증을 위해서는 구조방정식 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과를 볼 때, 구조방정식 모형분석에서 제안된 연구모형의 확인적 요인분석에서 적합도가 양호하지 못하였기 때문에 모형수정을 실시하였다. 수정모형을 통한 연구문제의 검증과 예언변인들의 효과검증에서 사회적 지지는 진로장벽과 진로결정에는 부정적인 영향을 끼치는 반면에, 자아정체감에는 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 진로장벽은 진로결정 수준에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 자아정체감은 진로결정 수준에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다. 진로결정 수준에 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 변인은 세 개의 잠재변인 중에서 자아정체감이었고, 가장 영향을 적게 미치는 것은 진로장벽으로 나타났다. 또한 외생변인인 사회적 지지는 내생변인인 진로결정에 직접적인 영향을 주지 못하였고, 간접적으로 매개변인을 통해 영향을 주고 있었다. 특히 여대생의 진로결정에 영향을 주는 진로관련 변인들을 설명하는 데 있어서 매개변인인 진로장벽과 자아정체감이 중요한 기능을 수행하는 것으로 확인되었다.
