지적도를 활용한 지하시설물도면 구축에 관한 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

급속한 도시화에 따라 도시토지의 이용은 지표뿐만 아니라 지하공간에서도 활용되고 있는 추세이다. 따라서 상하수도를 비롯한 도시가스ㆍ통신ㆍ전기 등의 많은 매설물들이 지하에 복잡하게 설치되어 있다. GIS는 많은 양의 공간정보와 속성정보를 통합, 관리, 분석하는 시스템으로 복잡한 망을 형성하고 있는 도심의 지하시설물을 관리하는데 적합한 시스템이다. 지적도는 우리나라에서 가장 대축척의 공도(公圖)로서 조세행정 등에 기초 자료로 활용되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 위와 같은 대축척의 공도(公圖)인 地籍圖와 GIS 기술을 활용하여 지하시설물도면을 통합적으로 구축하는 데에 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Nowadays, it is a tendency that the use of urban land is evaluated not only land surface but also underground. So many underground facilities as like water pipe line, gas pipe line, communication line and electric line have been installed complicated in underground. GIS is the system for intergrating, managing and analyzing lots of spatial and attribute data, which is adequate system to manage complex network of the underground facilities of urban area. Cadastral Map is a largest scale, public map and is used for taxation as a fundamental data. The purpose of this study is construction of underground facilities map based on cadastral map by GIS technique.
