Livedo vasculopathy clinically shows purpuric papules and recurrent ulcers in the lower extremities, mainly on the ankles, leaving characteristic scars called atrophie blanche after the healing of the ulcers. In Korean literture, about 10 cases of this disease have been reported but nothing in korean oriental medicine. So, we report a case of livedo vasculopathy in a 46 year-old female patient treated by oriental medicine therapy.
